Igor Neljubovich was born in 1948, Gorki (Nizhni Novgorod).
From 1959-1963 Igor studied at the Gorki art school.
Understanding early on the situation with producing art in the USSR, Igor decided not to continue art education. Instead he shifted his focus and became part of the architectural faculty at Gorki Construction Institute.
Igor Neljubovich has enjoyed life as a successful architect and artist respectably. Never turning his back on his 2D artistic side you can easily see the influence of buildings and structure in his work. Neljubovich now cooperates with the Agora gallery in New York.
